How do I create a store?
Sign up as a seller, fill in your store details, and start adding products. No subscription fees required.
What are the fees?
Caribicart charges a small commission on each sale. Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply for card payments. No monthly fees.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are paid directly to your bank account. You can also accept bank transfers and cash payments from customers.
Can I offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. You can offer pickup from your location, delivery, or both. Set your own pickup address and delivery instructions.
How do deposits work?
You can require a deposit before starting work on custom or made-to-order items. Set the deposit percentage or fixed amount per product.
What payment methods can my customers use?
Customers can pay by credit/debit card (via Stripe), bank transfer, or cash on pickup. You choose which methods to accept.
What are unlock credits?
When a customer places a cash or bank transfer order, the customer details (name, phone, address) stay hidden until the order is unlocked. One unlock credit auto-unlocks one order so you can see who to contact and start fulfilling. Card orders via Stripe are always unlocked automatically and never use a credit.
How do I get unlock credits?
Buy a pack on the Unlock Credits page in your dashboard. Packs start at 6 credits for $14 (Starter), scaling up to 22 for $55 (Pro) — about 40% cheaper per credit than the single $3 unlock. Credits never expire. Founders get 10 USD + 10 XCD credits free when their account is created.
Are unlock credits currency-specific?
Yes. USD credits only unlock USD orders; XCD credits only unlock XCD orders. Buy the currency pack that matches the orders you expect. If you run out for a currency, you can still single-unlock any order for $3 from the orders page.
